About Steps The Team
STEPS has a small but ‘perfectly formed’ team of 5 staff (part time) based at the only office in Lymm. We also have 11 trustees (spread across the country) who through, their business, professional or personal skills, help drive the long-term strategic direction of the charity.
After 33 years, Sue Banton MBE, founder and Director of STEPS, retired at the end of March 2013.
Sue's successor has yet to be announced and the current team with the support of trustees are ensuring that STEPS continues to develop its services in response to the needs of parents and their children.
