The steps Charity discussion forum is a great way to 'meet' people going through similar experiences as yourself. It's easier than live chat though - you can post topics or simply respond to other people's messages.
Unfortunately, we have to moderate all new registrations in order to prevent inappropriate and/or offensive postings on your forum. Please add a brief description of the condition you are coping with under 'interests' so that we can easily identify your registration as genuine. We apologise for any delay in your registration, particularly at weekends. You may still browse the forum in the meantime.
Scroll down this page and click on the link below to get to the forum.

As you will see from the forum, you are not alone! If you are new to the forum, check the subjects which have been covered, or simply post a question. Registering as a member is a simple process - simply enter the site, and click on the button at the top which says 'Register'. You will then receive an email telling you when you are registered as a user and another one when your account has been activated.
Please click here to enter.
