This is free and very easy, simply download the database form from the panel to the right and either email it to us on info@steps-charity.org.uk or post it using the address at the top of the form. You may use our freepost address if you wish although adding a stamp will allow us to use our limited resources to help more people.

The Benefits

The more people that steps represents, the stronger our influence becomes. The steps database is a unique resource. It contains data from nearly 5000 families about the conditions that affect our children. This information is important for developing knowledge about these conditions, helping to evaluate services and for putting families in touch with each other. We would ask you to complete this questionnaire in as much detail as possible. It doesn't matter if treatment has not yet begun or is still on-going.

Will my information be passed on to anyone else?

The details you give us may be used to gather information and statistics for research, but no personal information is ever disclosed without your consent. For specific campaigns steps may contact you to invite you to become involved. We do separately ask by means of tick boxes for permission to use your information in the following ways.
