If you would like to help, but do not necessarily have the time available for a lot of work, we are looking to expand our family contacts register. This would involve talking to someone who is just about to go through a similar experience to your own.

Often to speak to someone who is going through the same thing, or who has gone through this and come out the other side, can be incredibly helpful.

This is not a huge time commitment and can be as much or as little as you like.
