If you live locally to the office (Lymm, Cheshire) we are always on the look out for people who can help on an ad hoc basis.

This is not onerous office work - we particularly need help when we do a mail-out, for example, stuffing envelopes and folding letters. If you can spare a couple of hours now and again, maybe just once a month, this would be very helpful to us.
